Help if possible!

The app update has ruined my save file. I cant log in ((I used Facebook to log in)) and now I cant seem to play on my level 50 account. Ive paid some money to become a VIP and love this game so so much. Ill keep trying to fix it, but Im a bit upset. This is my favorite game and I have no idea how to fix this. Very devastated.
