Horrid Customer Service!

Do not respond to any of my messages to CS-(Customer Service). I spent over 2000 stones during special event, poke egg event to be eggs-act! Won first place, and it stated as such, but also promised me a new limited 5star Monster, 5 earth cymbals, & 15000 dawn stones. Which I never received. So Ive been trying to connect with CS. Sent 7 messages with not a single response. Ripped me off, then continuously ignored my e-mails!!! This message & rating will be repeated till they show a little professionalism, & fix said problem.
